That's why we offer free shipping within Germany for orders over 29 EUR.

For orders below this amount, we charge a small shipping fee of 3.99 EUR.

This helps us to grow and continue to offer you reliable service and good products in the future.

For orders within Germany, we also offer free returns if you wish to send an item back to us.

This way, you can order from us within Germany without much risk.

For deliveries carried out by our logistics partners, shipping costs may differ from the above and will be displayed at checkout.

For deliveries to other countries in the European Union, we charge a flat shipping fee of  14.99 EUR per order. These shipping costs will be transparently displayed during the order process before purchase. The offer for free* shipping and free returns is exclusively valid for delivery addresses in  Germany.

Regardless of the shipping costs, consumers have a legal right of withdrawal for online orders. If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so even within 30 days of receiving the goods.

For customers within Germany, returns are free in this case. For returns from other EU countries, return costs may apply, unless otherwise specified in the shop.

Please register your return in advance, if possible, via the contact form  and provide your order number. This way, we can process your return faster and provide you with all further information regarding the return. After receiving and checking the goods, we will refund the corresponding purchase amount to you using the original payment method.

Please note that the free* shipping and return offer only applies to orders with a delivery address in Germany. For orders within the European Union outside of Germany, only the stated flat shipping rate of  14.99 EUR applies. Individual exceptions or special notes directly on the product remain reserved.
