Order & Payment

How can I order?
Simply add the desired products to your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout. There you enter your data and complete the order with your preferred payment method.

Which payment methods are offered?
You can pay with PayPal, credit card, Klarna or Shopify Pay, for example.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Delivery time depends on the product and shipping destination. Within Germany, you can expect your package to arrive within 3 working days. 

What are the shipping costs?
Within Germany, you pay no shipping costs; these are on us!

For deliveries within the EU, shipping costs are 14.99 EUR.

Do you also ship outside of Germany?
Yes, we also ship to EU countries. The exact shipping costs and delivery conditions are displayed in the shop or on your shipping page.

Returns & Revocation

How do returns work?
If you would like to return an item, please contact us first with your order number. We will then explain the further process and how to return the goods.

What is the return period?
Consumers generally have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days in online retail. With us, you have this option for up to 30 days after receiving the goods. Contact us, and we will find a solution together!

Who bears the return costs?
We cover the return costs if you live in Germany and your order was shipped there. Different conditions apply outside of Germany!
